I have had no problems with my Millenium Pro.I would highly recomend it for the price.

I use the Eagle CDC and is very satisfied. I can only recommend it. It can also match single cells...
Have you considered the LRP Pulsar Sport? Can be found for 100$. You can combine with a Integy Reactor discharger with auto cut off. I think these goes for around 40. Tou can get them with different discharge rates, such as 20 or 30 and some more, which I dont rember.

out of pulsar v millpro, definitely pulsar
however i'd go with CDC over both of them
quasar would be good, but the 240v version is next to impossible to get, i wouldn't even bother looking

go with the pulsar.
reason;
best electrical engineering, lifetime garantee, and most of all charges very good.
isnt that enough?

Eagle cdc v6
reason`s
1)it has 10 memory for different settings on cells
2)nice blue lcd
3)20 amp discharge
4) 6 different charge ends melodys
5) give you internal resistance on batts you`ve just charged
6) give`s you resistance on batts when discharged
7) hase`nt got life time garantee but it does`nt break down as much as lrp
9) lrp hase`nt got life time garantee in usa
10) I have got one
11) 4 different charge modes

Discharger thoughts; The good thing about a built in discharger, is that you often get the option of matching batteries yourself. That's a good thing, if you for example get 4 equal packs at the same time. When they flat out, you can re-match and probably get one, maybe two good packs and 2-3 practise packs. Or if you by accident shorten a pack, you can afterwards check how many cells, there were damaged.
The advantages of getting a separate discharger, is that if one unit goes for repair, you still have the other. You can also upgrade one by one. You can also discharge, while charging at the same time. But then again, with GP3300 you really dont have to discharge between two heats (at least it's what I've been told from several people).
X3 versus Millenium; The X3 got 3-phase charging. I'll claim thet this is a new trend, but nobody uses it (check this ). But it got 5 memory slot with naming. And what's really important: Trickle charge can be disabled, which it cant on the Millenium. Almost all matchers recommend to NOT use trickle charge with GP3300.
Other than that, both the X3 and Millenium will make a good charge.
EDIT: I'm unsure if the Millenium will trickle charge in NiMh mode.

I too have the Eagle CDC 6.
It seems to pushes the cells harder, than most other chargers. With my old Sanyo 3000, I cant get the charger to charge, without the cells get very hot.
With GP3300 and ambient temperature at 25-26, the pack reaches 60 degrees celsius whin charge finishes. It's with 6 amps charge and 3 mV pr. cell delta cut off.
Most of the time, I'm in ambient temperature between 15-20, so usually it aint a problem for me. Besides, it's good for stock, very punchy cells.

Cole,
The trickle charge can be turned OFF on the Millenium pro when you are using Nicd linear. No trickle on Nimh2.
