I don't know what the OFNA mount will do but the RC-Monster mount will accomodate at least a 25 tooth pinion if not more.

Look back at Snellemins (on pg 5) car when the Hacker (purple motor)was installed and he had 25 tooth pinion on at that time.

Steve N - Were you running the 20 tooth pinion last time out in Corona? I ran 2 4s packs with the stock gearing 51/14, Tekin RX8/2650kv and think that it is RIDICULOUS as is. IMHO, the straight in Corona isn't nearly long enough to use the extra oomph, the car is WICKED right now. I'll pick up some pinions just in case though. We'll see how it goes in a couple of weeks when we have the GT8 class WOWING everybody.

I can't wait to battle with all of you at Hobbytown Corona.

very nice! What tires are those?

I noticed that the servo rod is on the wrong side of the arm. Was this due to fitment issues and does this affect steering throw at all?

The Stock config of the GTP2E is a stand up servo.

Whats the deal with the 4 pack of caps? Do you have a 12 inch sub hidding in the car somewhere? LOL
Seriously why do you need the external caps?

Those tires are GRP and are super sticky you can get them here.

The servo rod just ended up that way and the steering throw has had no ill affects.

We do alot of speed runs where I'm at and having those caps help with the ripple current that happens under heavy braking but even in a normal situation they bring ESC temps down by 10-15 degrees. It's kinda like a shock absorber for the current going back into the ESC. I'm sure some of you have seen the Speed Passion cap bank it's the same idea there are a couple of other manufactures that also make them.

Or I can just disconnect my batteries and run for another 30 seconds. JK
