Friday

8AM: Doors Open

8AM-9:30AM: Open Practice
*Can be semi-controlled at any time if the track becomes crowded*

9:30AM-8PM: Semi-controlled practice by class

8PM-10PM: Late Arrival Practice
*For racers that have NOT practiced at any time prior to 8 PM*

10:30 PM: Doors Close



Saturday:

7AM: Doors Open

7AM-8AM: Open Practice

8AM-11AM: Controlled Practice by Heat

11:15AM: Drivers Meeting

11:30AM: Start Qualifying
*3 rounds, with 20 minute break between Rounds 2 & 3 for re-sort*

11:00PM: Finish Qualifying
*Re-sort for Round 4*

11:30PM: Doors Close



Sunday:

7AM: Doors Open

7AM-8AM: Open Practice

8AM: Start Qualifying – 1 round

12PM: Break for main setup

12:30PM: Mains

(Going to be that Guy) mcsmooth and all - what are the plans for the controlled practice? 30m sessions per class? Grouping classes? I'm just wondering because there are a lot of folks signed up for slow classes (rubber TC and 1/12) as compared to the faster modified/foam claasses.

Gonna group cars by class and they'll get a set amount of time. Just as it's been done at the HC in the past. Obviously, larger classes will have more time allotted.

A practice schedule has been made and sent to the other organizers for approval. It should be up within the next day.

Since we have a number of complaints about who wants to sit with who and who is sitting in the back room or not. There will be no assigned pitting. If you want a certain spot get there early and claim your spot. I am not dealing with " I want to sit with this group but I don't want to be in the back room"

The doors will be open Friday at 8am, not a minute sooner. There will be no pit setup Thursday night either. There are exactly 101 pit spots have at it!

No, I just spent a month getting everyone with their buddies in groups because they wanted that, and someone complains that they don't to be in the back room but wants to be with their group. Well that person just ruined it for everyone.
