Hopefully 4495s get back in stock ASAP.
I see a guy on ebay has 2 pair for sale @ $70 buy it now. I'm not that desperate yet.

Some of the guys locally have given up on finding HPI belted tires and haven't been really happy with D-compounds. I know at least one racer is trying Ride 24025 treaded 24 mm and 24026 treaded 26 mm tires. Anyone else have any success with the Ride tires?

I started testing the RIDE 24024 a couple weeks ago and they've been great for me; just as good if not maybe a little better than the HPI Pro Belted X Patterns, no signs of wear after 1 full race day with this set of RIDE tires with Sweep (Orange) medium inserts on an outdoor asphalt track (Note that the RIDE tires I bought didn't come with any foams which works for me, better to save costs when foams can be recycled

We run a pretty competitive USGT class, we need tires that work and hold up reasonably well. I may have to start trying some different things. Hopefully 4495s pop up in the next 2-3 weeks.

Ride 24025:

These tires are the tires that were used as the hand out tire for the 2012 Scale Nationals. These are also the tires that were used to TQ the 2013 Southern Nationals last weekend. There was 3 cars in the A-main with them on...Bill S(tq), Travis S and I all used them. Rich M had Pit tires on his car. I personally like these tires and the way that they work along with how long they last.

Yes, Dynamite/Horizon sell these tires pre-mounted still.

Many thanks for the info. They aren't currently on the web site, so I'll keep monitoring it.

I'll also get Bill Sydor's opinion on them when he gets back in town.
