Measuring Wheel Offset
Question; I am trying to measure the offset on some wheels that I have around.
Starting at the wheel's center, is the offset measured to the inside of the hex mounting surface, or to the outside edge of the hex part.
In the first picture below, is it measured using the blue line or the green line?
