Just now I updated my beloved XERUN 2.0 120A with the latest stock FW. In doing the upgrade, I also saw the FW no timing and I got a curiosity. This firmware installed on board make it similar to cirtix?

This question because I saw that many clubs are taking this regulator to achieve a pure stock class. I was wondering if I was in one of the tracks where they run with this ESC, could I participate with my ESC on which I installed the FW in question, or I would be the difference in performance against them (both positive and negative)?

Thanks

Yes...2 ways to do it.

(1) Cirtix LED programmer box (not the one from the GT2.1)
(2) USB connector, adjust via software, computer/laptop.

It has no SOFTWARE upgrade even it is connected to the computer, on the screen, it will only show the 3 options to adjust. It is still SPEC speedo even it can connected to the computer.

Anyone have some pics of the sensored system installed in a car, all of the pics I've seen so far are of the sensorless esc.

Last weekend, the European Touringcar Series (ETS, pesented by Scotty Ernst and Uwe Rheinard) were held in Heemstede, The Netherlands at the MACH track. One of the biggest outdoor tracks in Europe.
In the stock class all drivers had to use the handout speedo Cirtix Club Race from Speed Passion. This is stock racing guys! The FDR was set to 3.5, so everyone had the same speed. There was in every run amazing battles and the whole field (85 drivers in the stock) was very close. Sometimes the sensor in the Speedo was not good, but almost the most Speedo's were working fine! This is stock racing, I hope that more clubs and organisations this follow and bring the real stock back!

greetings from The Netherlands

Martijn

i had 2 fail on me .... but these were pre production speedos and we were the guinea pigs testing them .

Uwe said any of the hand out speedos can be changed for the production model at Andernach in a month or so.

Great speedo , nice speed and close battles up and down the stock class. just what stock is about !!!
