For 13.5 1/12 on a 100x40ft track your settings will vary based upon motor, speedo, battery and efficiency of your car. Starting at 70mm should be safe -- but make sure to temp often, and stop running immediately if you feel the car fade/slow down quickly.

Trinity Nemisis, Black Diamond profile 2 (our track is kinda greasy), Reedy 40C 5000mah LIPO. I'm at 70mm now, but since I never see temps above 115' and could probably run 2 heats on a single charge, I thought I might be under geared a bit. Doesn't improve lap times to gear up much though. I miss the days when you geared to run 8 minutes period.

Yes, the Rev6 and the Formula 2 front end uses the same Teflon shims. It is important to replace the orings when there is slop between them and the kingpin. There is a new retention mechanism that supports the oring from the bottom with three screws to help it last longer. You can see a pic here :
