well.... looks like u have done it again mr. breiner and just in time too. I was going to order some new bmi's for this upcoming racing season and will now have a chance at ordering a piece of 1/12th history, lol.
will the new cars have some sort of set-up help to deal with the new front end? i know how excellent u are with customer support and all but, with a new car with a new front end it may become a daunting task.

Hey Jason
Have you done any testing with the new front end on the Copper Head 10?

Is tire choice and additive still the same as it was before or has the new front end changed the goalposts a little on them as well?

I havent fitted one up on the CH10 yet. That will follow the CH12.
The tire choice is similar as is tire additive. The difference is in the setup of the car. Lighter rear dampening, camber is not as critical as it was, the car just has an overall more smooth feel but is just as aggressive. Just as much steering without the darty feel. I will put a base setup in the kit for it.

Asphalt performance
Alot of testing and development is done on carpet, have you done any testing on asphalt?
Any thoughts as to how the car will perform on asphalt?
It seems that a lot of car designs now a days seem to revolve around carpet and does not work on asphalt. The older link cars CRC 3.2, AE L4 and BMI 12R worked better on asphalt than the newer CRC GenXL, BMI 12RR and Serpent S120L.
Out door asphalt (Med traction) racing only done in Australia.
Thanks
Chris
