Honestly, all are good....
I personally use KO gear (have a Mars) and have been very happy. The Helios is very nice and have used it once or twice and it will become my next transmitter.
But you can't go wrong with any of the top of the line transmitters.....

But I'm bias, go with the KO Helios.

The one which fit your hands best ! It's not good to have a radio, which is uncomfortable.

Other than that, you cant really go wrong with either.

Default either way

I'd personally go for Ko Propo aswell, that said Futaba also make very good gear - really any of the three will be fine. As Cole said, go with one that feels good.

Hmmm. Usually, it's claimed that a new radio can be used for fine tuning, not taking you to the top of the podium...

What I meant was, The helios is still new, on my 2nd Race, I've seen an improvement on my driving, because of the many fine tuning attributes of the Helios as opposed to my old radio which was the EX-11 Presto. Could have also improved with the 3PK but its more expensive here than the Helios.

It did not gave me a podium finish, just a marked improvement on the 2nd Time I used it.

Peace and Happy Racing!

Pitshop must have given u a 20% discount. As far as I know, helios cost three thousand pesos more or less compared to 3PK.

Actually you are right, but when I ordered the Helios it was lower than the 3PK, PITSHOP made a mistake about the pricing, I offered to pay the difference but he said "it's okay, my mistake!" I guess I was just lucky!! Got it or around US$260more or less.

Default KO Helios

KO Helios all the way! Espceially with the drop down wheel extension.

F.Y.I. I paid $260 for mine at my lhs.

All the radios mentioned are awesome. Just switched from M8 to the Helios. Alot more comforatable for me.

Later,

Helios with the dropdown conversion cranked to almost full front rotation and you're all set!

I would take the Futaba 3PK over the EX-10 any day. In fact, if you really want a EX-10, you can have mine for 225.00. I used it twice and that's all I needed to take it out of my car and go back to the 3PK. EX-10 is not comfortable for me and it gliches terrible with a personal transponder.
