Hi - Brand new member, there are some great threads on here, i could read for hours.
I have been trying to hunt down a front engine chassis (like the ta03f) but other than the mini Xevo conversion i cannot find anything.
Does anyone know of a current or recent front engine chassis? I have searched in google but all the returns for front engine chassis i get are chassis with the engine just behind the front wheels, thats a mid engine layout.
Failing that anyone know a way for me to force tamiya into reviving the ta03?

There was the Tamiya FF01. Tamiya were gonna release an FF chassis based onto the TA02, which was gonna be identified as TA02FF. But apparently they changed their mind, and instead they created a new line, with the first one (obviously) being the FF01.

Front motor chassis may divide into 2 groups :
- Motor in front of front axle : TA03F, FF01, YRF2,..
- Motor behind front axle : FF02, M03, etc..
Regardless chassis material, IMO the motor placement related to front axle separate forward grip level between those two groups
