Cool, I remember what the spur/pulley combo looked like but haven't seen the adapter, I have software that will generate the pulley for me, so a few key dimensions and I should be able to make them.
I've done a couple delrin pulleys for drift cars before.

That looks pretty simple, I will have a play making one in the next week or so.

Can you put some calipers on it for me? need hole I.D. each side, total width, teeth width, height of the little boss on the spur side, also number of teeth.

Would it be easier (which I assume) if you had the actual adapter in hand?

I'm won't be running my xxx-s for at least a few months. Just wondering what it would cost to ship you the adapter.

Yep will do,I know it's 23 teeth but will have to measure the rest. I'll do some more pics and measuring tomorrow.

Also the hole diameter would be the same on the plastic spur gears as all the bearings etc. are the same.

Easier if I had it in hand, but the critical measurements will work fine too, no need for you guys to send me stuff, I will ask around here in NZ and see if anyone has one I can look at, or even and old standard spur/pulley so I can check clearances.

Keen to get this done for you guys, I like doing the stranger low volume stuff, gets my mind going!

If we get some adapters going, combined with the new belts being produced, we can keep these things going for some time They are great VTA cars.

Let us know what you need fathead, I want to be part of the movement to never let the triple XS die

If you don't find one (adapter) local, pm me. I'll ship it if it can be done for a reasonable rate. Only adapter I have, would love having a few more. Delrin would be ideal.

You got me back into this deal... may as well take the "by all means necessary" strategy There is word of dirt oval popping up locally, I think the Losi would be a beast running late model style.

Will do.

Will definitely be delrin, I've got a foot of black delrin rod here waiting to be turned into stuff.
