Directly from the CRC website:
2396 - 1/12th Pink Rear Donuts
30 - 33 shore. High grip, long wear. The traction leader for rear grip. Great for asphalt. Wears like iron with great grip.

I guess I am wrong. I was thinking more into the mounted tires. They do give the shore rate which is good to know. I am a bit to lazy to mount the tires.
Don't you have to use a rubber cement to mount the tires to the rim? If you use glue it will leave hard spots in the foam.

lol, I was running back to edit my last post. oeoeo327 got me thinking maybe I just missed the pink rears. So I done a search on Nexus web site and what a shock they have them! I have know clue how I was thinking they did not make pinks.
Now I can sleep at night.
Thanks for doing the search for me. It does appear that I don't know how to.

I've used CRC's pink tires before - they have the grip you want, and they really do "wear like iron".

I noticed that in a frontal collision this pivot ball holder can slide a bit forward causing the side links to bind a little. If you only remove the complete rear pod (except for the lower pod plate) and the front tires, then it is only a 5 min job to fix this. Be sure that no screws stick out under the chassis and that the surface it lays on is flat.

Does anyone know what brand makes these servo mounts?
http://www.kimihiko-yano.net/weblog/.../PA312568.html
It is not visible on this picture but the mounts have three holes in the bottom, so you can move the servo toe the front and back.
I want to mount the servo flat as close to the front of the car as possible, but the plastic servo mounts I used were too soft and my tape allows movement of the servo.
I ran my Gen XL for the first time this weekend and the car was fast and easy to drive. However with my Ko 949 I couldn't get near enough steering lock without the linkage binding. (Due to long upper arm conversion.)
To solve this I mounted the servo flat. To eliminate excessive bump steer I used about 4 mm of shims under the pivot balls the inner holes on a black kimbrough universal servo saver.
