The game is way over priced for what you get. I got out within 2 months or so.

So...
For those of you who don't like the game, would you rather see your issues addressed or would you be more willing to try a game published by a different developer?
VRC/VRC Pro has pretty much been the only game for how many years now, and I'm sure some (many?) of you have submitted your requests for improvements or changes over the years. Perhaps some of your issues were address and some not. Do you think VRI (the guys who make VRC/VRC Pro) is willing to listen to the community to make the game as good as it could potentially be - or do you think the market needs another developer to step up to the plate and offer up an alternative product?

As small and as niche as this market is...I don't think it could support another developer stepping in.

There is a lot of really good free software out there, developed by highly motivated people, who do it more as a hobby than to earn a living from it. These people are driven by the desire to produce a better product and share it with the user community.
Even a free app with advertisements could potentially generate enough money to cover expenses. If it's a solid product and everyone likes it, advertisers will pay for ad space.
