is there anywhere you could buy a brand new electric tc3? im just getting into the 1/10th scale, and im really leaning towards one of these.. all i REALLY need is a rolling chassie. i have a novak xxl reciever and a futabo magnum t3pdf-75. Any help would be appreciated, here is the link to my reciever and controller.. and my micro for that matter. There is 2 sets of pics on it. The second set has the controller and recievers, and it is down towards the middle/bottom of the page. http://yourmicro.com/forums/showthre...threadid=17704

ebay is the best bet for a new tc3 since the tc3 version isnt the newest out for Associateds TC's...if you are experienced in electric you could get a used tc3 from a reputable person and just go over the car and fix the minor problems it might have if you see anything out of the ordinary

I've been looking for a TC3 top plate for awhile now from BMI. No one seems to have anymore. BMI stopped making them as well. Yes, the TC3, for serious racers anyway, is just about dead. I'm sure there are still alot of die-hards out there that still race their TC3s on a regular basis.
I love my TC3, yes its like its dead most of the guys I race with have said get rid of the TC3 and get the TC4 or something else, but I'am still learning to drive better, tune better and understand the whole car. I'll be KEEPING MY TC3 FOR A WHILE!

BMI just made a new batch of TC3 chassis's with the new material they are using for the TC4 and Xray - I know because I just bought one of the new ones in December - just call Jason and I'm sure he'll fix you up. And as far as the TC3 - it may take a little more to set up (not being one of the new set up out of the box Xrays or RDX's that are under minimum weight)it can be just as fast and competitive. I race against RDX and Xray cars and the TC3 is right in there. Besides, It's mostly driving skill that wins the race.
