drift tires are a super hard compound rubber tires(HPI) or you can use the yokomo drift tires

if you want to save money just use pvs or abs piping and cut it to the liking of your width

you put drift tires on all 4 wheel

Go check out http://www.driftrcentral.com for some more info on drifting and I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of guys that hang out there from NYC and Long Island that you can drift with.

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks.

The Mazda is the best all around body... although I ran a stratus AP last weekend which was pretty good at getting rid of the oversteer. Really can't go wrong with either one.

Can some one help me when chossing a Stock motor for my TC3 - needs to be a 27t stock motor , no mod motors please . And I also need a pinion gear too . So any info to help my choice would be great . I will be running on a carpet track , that is fairly tight . oh yeah , cheaper the better .

Try either a trinity PK2 Pro, or a green Machine , or a Monster! As far as gearing we dont know what your running for a spur , what tires, what size diameter they are.Just remember to go down a tooth or 2 if you use the monster. Its more RPM based than the other 2 motors .

Well i don't know the size of the tires , they are foams , and I am using a 72T spur , i bought a 32T pinion , but I think that was a mistake .

if your using 48 pitch gears you should start with a 26 or a 25 tooth pinion, and try to measure the tires diameter i run my tire at 57mm.
