Bad thing is, i cant seem to pry myself away from my ASC B4 to wrench on the TC3! Walking into a hobbyshop nowadays, with all the quality kits available for experimentation, is like walking into a strip club with your wife... all the OTHER options are SO distracting!

ROFL!! It is so true that there are so many quality kits and hop-ups available now that it is impossible getting out of the LHS without a heavy bag and a lighter wallet.

Thumbs up Cool Conversion!

Hey guys...I don't run a TC3 but I've seen a lot of conversions to make it a double deck CF chassis. A lot of them look like garage kit hack jobs while others look really nice but cost more than the kit itself.

I was perusing the cuda thread and came accross this TC3 conversion from Crest Racing in Japan (I think) Now this is how a conversion should look. Enjoy!

Which looks like nothing more then is offered by Victor of Warpspeed Racing. I am not sure what you see in that Cross chassis that makes it stand out from the rest?

it looks better and will flex more than the warpspeed chassis, but it looks real good, so i think that it will be real expencive

i think that it looks kind of like a tamiya in that pic,

rod, is that why you like that conversion?

hahahahahaha

Yeah bubbles, that's why I like it hehe. Not only that, but it kinda has a nice look about it. Doesn't even look like a tc3. Oh yeah, I wasn't bagging on the Warpspeed chassis either.

i wasnt bagging on the warpspeed chassis either, i was just comenting on how the warpspeed chassis has a wider upperdeck, than the tc3 in the pic, so it should be stiffer

yeah, but who makes it?

and to me, those chassis braces are a dead give away

but it does look nice

The Warpspeed chassis looks really wierd. but the Crest? that chassis that Rod posted was really nice, doesnt really look like a tc3. it really has nice silver parts, instead of the blue.

Well, i am pretty sure that the silver parts are all just the regular blue parts and that guy just took off the anodizing, nothing special.

The chassis is done by me. Price is around 90,- Euro without shipping (graphite chassis incl. milling).
