I have to say mine is proving hard work to find that sweet spot between acceleration and top end... Can't keep up with another lad at the club with a team powers Speedo.

Was trying to update my Reventon R to stock1 v19 software but it stopped on 99%... I had to shut down SP software and now when i want to load it again on SP software says: no related file... is impossible to load stock again and any other... also impossible to send anything to speedo...

So, I hooked up my reventon pro for the first time and everything works fine except when I pull on the throttle, nothing happens. It's a 4.5t motor. My friend who has the same set up used his esc with my motor and everything worked fine. We replaced all of the wires and tried it again with my esc and no response from the motor. Bought it 1 month ago and just opened it today and no go on the motor. Suggestions?

Did you try reversing your throttle channel, then setting the ESC up again?

Yes, I did that.

How low of turn can this speedo handle? Was planning to use one in stock and open 17.5 and 13.5 on dirt ovals but was wondering if it would handle some mod racing. Tks

Reventon S is 9.5T or slower. Might be worth getting the R instead if you plan to run mod.

:/ Does he have a motor you can try? If so, give that a shot and see if it works, although I'd expect it wouldn't if your motor was fine on his ESC. Your motor isn't a Viper is it? They had issues with those, and you have to disconnect the temp sensor wire apparently. Otherwise, not sure what's wrong with it - might be worth contacting C/S directly.

One more thing, until i dont touch trhe update firmware button all works fine i can change all settings on speedo etc. But when i push the update software button and no related file is instead of software update files all reventon interface is frozen and i cannot change settings anymore... what is going on? is that problem with speedo? or just need to erase all software on speedo and upload it again? But how?

I had this issue with one of my two RevPro's, it was a Radio Calibration issue, took me three time to get it to set correctly before the esc rotated the motor !

Question, are the two lights on the ESC changing when you move the throttle, if so this may be your issue as was mine, once I got it to connect properly all now works fine !!

I'm running :
Drrs: level 9
Hybrid boost:100%
Boost max:150k (always max no matter what motor)
Hybrid start:4,000
Boost delay: 0.02s

I'm using a Speedpassion v3 13.5 with red sensor board in the middle
Fdr around a 5.75-6.25 depending on track size.

Don't know how these settings will work with reedy motor I only run sp motors

Will there be MOD2 for the R?

I just picked up Speed Passion EX 1S speedo and was wondering if I could use the Reventon Pro LCD card as a dongle with the GT software or do I need to buy the older style LCD card?

on the SP website it states that the older LCD Card is not Compatible with the Reventon Series
