Would be nice to see some proper information about suggested settings (for 13.5), and what the settings REALLY do.

Instead of waiting for settings, gear accordingly and experiment with settings and make sure you temp your motor regularly.

I have had mine with a 9.5 and I have played with different gearing and settings and have found what suits me the best according to my driving and have yet to get the motor over 130. Experiment but be careful and temp all the time until you are comfortable

OK so I have not had the chance to update my esc. The v18 settings in LED box don't mach up to the setup sheet. Like items 3 and 4 seem the be backwards. Has someone else had this problem and what is going on and how do I know what I'm changing in the LED box?

Is this happening in Stock?? heres a post I wrote in the off-road thread, might be whats happening...

Also just a note when using the led card in stock0 profile. Since setting 3 being the dynamic multi timing system is disabled it is also skipped but the numbers can get confusing. When running stock your settings will be
1-1 running mode
2-2 lipo cut off
3-4 this is where it gets confusing where this would normally be DMTS it is now setting 4 which is DRRS and everything setting after that is a number ahead.
3-5 Abs
4-6 drag brake
5-7 neutral range
6-8over heat

Is there somewhere that compares or lists all the specifications for the different REVENTON versions (PRO, R, S, STOCK CLUB RACE)?
Thanks.

Thanks.

The speedpassion site has a compare button if you click on the left side esc / reventon. Speedpassion.net

My set up posted for the 10.5 a page back or so works well with the 13.5 use those settings if you are racing a large nitro track that's open try gearing around 5.5 or so with the stock sensor board to the right(max) and check your temps . I don't much 13.5 but that should get you in the ball park. I geared my 10.5 around a 5.1 but that's a 1cell motor so it has less timing on the sensor board than the mmm10.5

Don't see it. Must be blind or something. Don't understand why the website does not have a "specification" tab under each Reventon model. You know, motor limit, voltage/cell count (type) limits, BEC voltage Etc. :(

Reventon pro has a 3.5 limit
Reventon r had a 5.5 limit (7.5 boosted)
Reventon s I think is. 10.5 limit

They are listed In the king-golden website

The boosted software for the reventon pro is from 4.5-21.5

slakr 10-25-2012 11:29 AM

Thanks Marcos. The most useful information I found was by downloading the two user manuals (one for the Pro and another for the other 3). It gave me most of what I was looking for.

Does this mean blinky for 21.5 is ready ?
