Hey Ryan,
If you go back a couple of pages,we have just been talking about the software for 17.5 etc.
Just wait and soon there will be software to download to use with the pro for blinky,it's not to far away, however at the moment the highest turn motor you CAN run is a 10.5.
Cheers
Tim

I am attempting to run a Rev Pro with 17.5 blinky but at this point the ESC doesn't work right with any motor wind. I'm juggling software versions currently and having no luck. If you have no need to go faster than a 5.5 I can say that my Reventon R's have worked perfectly for all blinky classes. My Reventon S's have also done great. The only reason I got the pro was so that I would have the option of running my 3.5 and 4.5 in the TC but my main class is blinky.

Hi,again,
Please try and understand.
The Rev pro WILL work with 17.5 WHEN the software is available,(and that is soon).
The Reventon pro is the fastest esc on the market today I believe with the hybrid boost software for motors 10.5 or LESS.
Saying that it doesn't work with any motor is just YOU mis- understanding that you have to wait for software for the slower motors.
Go back a page and read what Solara said to you.
I'm here posting only trying to help you,not to make you feel stupid or anything,I'm just underlying the FACTS.
Cheers
Tim:rolleyes:

We are going to release a software that will work with motor 10.5 and slower, we have the low and mid range problem take care, but we are now going back to finalize the top end in Thailand. Once this software is approved by the factory driver (we are very confident), this software will be release on SP site and this software will work on ALL MOTORS TURN.

I will say sometime next week....I just receive it 4 hours ago and I will test it tonight.

See? You will have the software hopefully next week for ALL MOTOR TURNS!
10.5 and slower means 10.5,13.5,17.5,21.5...just to clarify.

The Revention Pro blinky software is not yet finalized or officially released. It is very close and should be out soon. Our team drivers and techs are in various phases of testing. Unfortunately as of this time running the 17.5 now with your Pro will not work properly.

Once the software if in full release to the public you will be able to run your low turn modifieds all the way up to a 21.5T Blinky class motor.

My apologies for any inconvenience this is causing you.

Ryan,

Are you asking about the Revention Pro or GT Pro? Just checking.

If it is the Revention Pro please read my previous posts.

Thank you.

that is why mine is still sitting in its box......and why i am still running my f1 for now.....i could not resist on buying it as it was so cheap with the lcd box included....:D

i'll give you that the new Pro is cheap and i like the intercooler characteristic to keep it cool. i see one in my future but not for my F1. there is barely any real estate so i got me a tekin rs to pull that duty.

As long as you can deal with the on/off switch.

Gotta say the smoothness of the throttle control in the speed passion is worth it being tight.

What the hell??? How is it not finalized or released yet it shows up in the menu already? Obviously I'm already upset about my new ESC not working and now I find I have to wait for software even if it did.

Timbo, I have tried several motors with my ESC and seen the same result. It's not a software issue and I'd appreciate if you would read entire posts before making the same statement over and over. Speed Passion would likely be much better off if they paid you to stay away from the forum at this point.

When my answer was the same as the one above?
I think someone just realised he had made a mistake,I'm sorry I even tried to help.
I quite liked your "what the hell"?........that's when you got it right?
Let's move on shall we?
I apologise to everyone else on this forum who has to read how I was just trying to help someone, over, and over, and over and over again.
