hello there :)
I run 4.5t motor on a big and open asphalt track in my T3. I need some help on the sittings. I found on speed passion webbsite that pro drivers runs the stock program on there esc. Why do the do that? I run today 7,25fdr with mod program, some timing(12 of 16) and no turbo. The esc gets 31 degree, 60 degree is the motor. I want more speed, should i go lower then 7,25 fdr? or change to stock program and much more timing? How do you drive your 4.5t on large tracks? Thanks for help //Ashor |

I would say run no timing on a 4.5 and just gear up as long as temps allow it.
I have been loking on the pro drivers and they are not driving as low as i do. Is that really the way to go? Why do they prefer stock program instead of mod? |

Make sure you download the LATEST software from sp website as they updated it as of 9-7-12 and then make sure you update the LED card by holding the reset button while opening the SP software on your computer, On the left hand side will be an update button and should show the V1.3 option, update it twice and it should be good. I have my Reventon R and updated my LED card to V1.3 and now have my esc in Stock0 and can still adjust everything from my LED card.
so far it a great controller but the card sucks compared to Hobbywing... This controller appears to share nothing with Hobbywing in so far as hobbywing don't make it ill post later after we remedy this car |

Solara: Looking at doing 1/12 scale. Of the previous gen ESCs, which can do this on 1S without needing a booster or external receiver pack? If it can't be done that way, what do you recommend?
Next, of the new reventions, which can do the same thing I described above? |

Next, of the new reventions, which can do the same thing I described above? However, this unit does not work for REVENTON S or R....I am trying to find the solution. In October time or so...REVENTON PRO EX will be release...this unit will be the 1-2 cell use ESC without booster pack, a direct replacement of the GT2.1 EX. |
@Solara please send me my order #c4866 that was lost. Thanks, marc

question all if you dont mind. we are starting up carpet season soon and im looking for a speedy. i like the pro stock i have in my off road sct truck. i dont boost it much but have been happy playing with the drrs and the brake adjustments
i need a speedy for (im not sure what to call the class) 1/10 pan outlaw, 2s and it will have a 10.5 motor max capacity with boosting allowed if you dare. i was thinking of using one of my schuur 13.5 in the class and stretch it out with the speedy and see how it does then debate doing a 10.5 based upon my pucker factor. i have the optional lcd box for the prostock. should i look for another pro stock or should i get a reventon r. thoughts, advise? anyone done something like this and have a set up sheet? edit for another question is the pro stocks 323 stock and / or 428 stock similar to the reventon r stock 1? |
for 1/10 outlaw you are running, is that 1S?
|
sorry ill edit the prior post to display that
its 2s, motor limit is 10.5 boosted |
