For non-boosted 17.5 class, people usually run at the max allowable timing and adjust gear ratio according to keep temperature down. Higher timing develops more overall power regardless.

I run at TQ RC, small indoor carpet track. Even with our small techncal track, every fast guys are running very high physical timing.

Your track is meant for high speed nitro so you should go to the max timing possible.

Matt, i dont have secrets. car setup, well that is on Serpent site. all my speedy settings, and FDR , i have said previously. the one day i run 2 cars, am crook as, and tired to match, was a day where everyone wanted to know stuff. i pulled out of my 8th class, as i was crook. but any other day, i will answer any question, just not for Xray drivers.

Yes, my 3.5T was a 1 cell. iget to try my MMM if the rain stays away sunday. but i will be tryign new things as far as power is concerned. i wont say too much for now, but if i get it to work, then im sure Solara is keen to know also. lets say im hoping its wheelie popping material.

i have just bought a 1 cell to try are they smoother than using the others is this why you use them, i like the price..

i agree its hard to concentrate when your brook and trying to run 2 classes i have enough trouble doing my TC and F1 i could imagine the 8th scale needing even more the speeds are mad

they are lighter, and i feel they have better brakes, and overall power .

Try MMM first...otherwise, any V3 or 1S will work...but I will stick with MMM.
