i have also been ripped off by fitzpatrick models by about £60. tried e-mailing got the usual excuses.
was checking back old phone bill when found this 01785 226184 tried to phone got answering machine.
i stay in the uk and would love to know this man's address.

Actually Rozko, it's good that everybody is writing on this forum and using the name fitzpatrickmodels.co.uk because now on Google, when you search for the shop, third from the top comes rctech.net forum and everybody can read this thread. So make sure you add fitzpatrickmodels.co.uk in every one of your posts. The more damage that is done to this idiot the better. Try and add his name as well, John Paul Fitzpatrick.

What i ment was "no effect" on him.
I just hope that in next days John gets visits of GB authorities!
One more thing i dont understand:
They want to remove Nick from the club because he tryed to help us?

People, please be very careful when making serious complaints or even pressing legal actions. You have to make sure 100% that you have explored all avenues. Not answering phone calls or emails is just the tip of the iceburg. What if this person was in the hospital? Had a family member pass away recently?
The worst thing that can happen is legal action pressed back against you guys. I feel bad that you guys are in this situation, but the legal repercussions can be severe. Believe me, I live in a country where suing is as common as breathing! Almost everyone here knows how the law works one way or another.

I have also just checked out his web page:
When i posted here his stock of speed passion bl motors was at each one 100,then over the night stock at every one was 0!
Guess what!
The stock at speed passion cv2.0 comp. bl motors shows : 10 at every one of them!( 3.5T; 4.0T; 4.5T;5.5T; 6.5T; 7.5T; 8.5T)
That means over 70 motors on stock.My 2 payed pieces included.
So i ask you directly John: you have motors on stock.
Why dont you sent them to me?
