this count's for more sponsored drivers, so i don't think it's only because they drive for fitzpatrick.

they mostley think when they are sponsored that they are the best while the most are sponsored because they are close with the shop.
only the shop owner mostly forget that he has more on nice people instead of people he see every day in his shop.
they only want to urn money and are not interested in the shop.

Hi !

I am from Slovenia and my friend also ordered some things from fitzpatrick in total amount of 140 GBP.(some things for me and some for him)

That was more than 2 weeks ago and my friend asked him several times about our order and got no answer at all.

I wondered how is it possible that paypal didnt stopped all the payments to him and no warning was sent that his web page is under suspicion?

I also dont understand : some of you got all the money back from paypal and some of you not even half?

If someone here in Slovenia would do shuch things to people i can asure you he would get a visit of our authorities, not to mention angry people?

Did someone of you guys living in GB notify your authorities about him?

And his web site is still active?

Our first step today will be get in contact with paypal!

Best regards,

Borut

Hello again!

Yesterday my friend and me try to open dispute with fitzpatrick models on paypal but we really didnt understand:

Nowhere we could see that dispute is opened, the only choice that paypal gave us was escalate dispute to a claim.

Can anyone help?
Should we escalate dispute to a claim directly?

Best regards,

Borut

P.S. "Nick Priest" you offered your help regarding fitzpatrick models, so please help!

Escalate the dispute to a claim.
After that the will give a 10 days for the seller to respond.
After that if the seller dosnt reply paypal will refund you the money IF he haves in his account.
The same happen with me .
From the 220GBP they gave me 50GBP

How's about someone from Fitzpatrick Models coming on here to tell you what is happening? If it was my shop, and people were actively posting bad reports about my shop, I would want to put the record straight so not to loose any new customers. Perhaps the fact that they have n't put anything on here tells you how bad that shop is???? I certainly will not be using them from what I have read on here.

Hi!

I have just informed both Schumacher and Speed passion company about this

situation.

And just warned all Slovenian model web forums about "fitzpatrick"

Thanks for advice, today we will escalate dispute to a claim!

Must say again i really dont understand what are authorities in U.K. doing about it?
The web site is still opened ??????????????????????

If you want to my help i'm going to have to ask you to pm me all the information of what has gone on.

What you have bought, when, what's being paid, if anything has been refunded.

If I can do nothing then the best you can do is go to a small claims court and threaten Fitztwatrick with legal action.

Now, I am not too familiar how the European transactions work, per se, but would it be too late to contact your banks and cancel the transactions? Or did you guys pay by credit card? Have you tried filing claims with your Credit Card companies/banks? If PayPal can't do anything or takes too long (both apply), best way to go is where the money comes from in the first place.

Just figured I try and maybe provide some extra insight and help you all out.
