Hello everyone,

Well the days keep clicking by and the IIC is another day closer. The trailer left Milwaukee this morning for the long haul to the Strip. All the planning is behind me now and all we can do is wait for the plane to take us to Vegas.

As always my brother Boomer will be there as part of our team and he has become quite a photographer over the past 2 years( I hate to say that and give him props since he is my brother and I need to keep him down) but he does take some good shots. He will be taking lots of pics and posting them on his website at www.boomerzworld.com

I will try and answer your questions, If I miss one. please let me know.

JOHNNYWHISHBONE: We wont be checking motor temp in tech inspection. So you can cool your motor if you would like.

DENNISSTORTI: Adam is correct, it is the Speed Passion Motor. It does have adjustable timing.

SEAN: Tuesday will be practice by division. 1 hour for stock, 1 hour for mod. ect.ect. ect. We will have this posted at registration.

Wednesday is Practice by heats. 2 rounds on Wed. We will be using a seed time from your fastest 3 consecutive laps of either of these 2 runs to sort and set up the heats for the first round of qualifying.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Scotty

Eric,

Thanks for confirming my suspicion.

Not sure that the IIC's "Rotor Rules" addresses this...

Scotty, this seeding heats idea via monitoring practice is outstanding. I have been joking about doing it for years and I am glad to see that someone will take the plunge and try it. I hope that it goes smoothly and without controversy. By using this system, do you still plan to do a resort after R2?
(note to self: don't suck in practice! )

This is going to be exciting. We have at least a dozen guys coming from the NW. Guys that are true sportsman looking to improve their game to some seasoned nat champs looking for rug time. Can't wait to get there. I have a handful of new lipo 12's to debut at their first real big race. I have been developing them since May and done very well locally. Now comes the real test.

Hey Brian,

Good luck in Vegas this year, your car looked dynamite at the nats in Cleveland.

Scotty, Can I switch over to 17.5 sedan from 12th scale. Like I said in my previous post, I don't have a 12th scale, and don't have the funds to purchase one for this race.
Thx,
George Lin
