Larry, it must be easier to say 'cause you won the A Main in 13.5 last year.
In the middle of the hot desert!
The drive up north was worth it. Billy has a top notch facility there. Smoothest surface I've been on plus the traction was great until the rain came in. The night racing was cool to watch and be a part of also.

AY just loves to follow me around. He has a hard on for me.
As for Nor Cal. There are plenty of parking across the street at the empty/unsellable condos. Obviously, an agreement would have to be made with the landlord. The race was at Ripon a few times right? Was there a jumbo parking lot there? I have seen races ran under the same or less parking before. That's just one of many stumbling blocks that can lead o a bad experience. You could complain about lack of access to airports, distance from track to hotel, boards vs. curbs, handout tires, pitting, and on and on.
As for running the race, there are more than a few capable people at Nor Cal. I don't see that as a problem. Most of the individuals that help at the track have raced in 20+ races, have businesses, etc. Plus Scotty runs the race....correct?
On-Road is dead everywhere. So thats not really the issue. This is a constructive forum where individuals are able to express there opinion. I have expressed mine.
