"REEDY RACE 2009"
#301
Mod was fun when there were more guys running it. 13.5 always seem to have the larger crowd which equals more fun (IMO) I wish Scotty well in mod. I will have fun no matter what in 13.5 Thanks again for your help and hopefully next time I won't need you to marshall for me while I repair the car I did own Scotty in that one qualifier though I never seen a guy have to use his breaks so many times in one race He did have me on the top end though......but hey......I was testing I'll be back out there in two weeks ready for more of the same. The Reedy points race starts then.
Watch out in 13.5! Hahaha, I will be out there hopefully in a few weeks to get some practice going on. I should be built up within this next week
And no problem! Anytime

How is the Invite listing coming along? Beyond racing there, anxious to see the 'talent' get their game on.

The Roadrunners RC Club will be awarding the winners of the So. Cal Warm up race there entry fee to the 2009 RROC at Speedworld RC. The winner from each of the (2) classes will get a paid entry for the same class you run at the warm up race.
The warm up race has it’s own separate thread here on RCTech as to not take anything away from the main event. The thread is under the Racing section http://www.rctech.net/forum/racing-f...m-up-race.html this is where updates and news will be posted to the So Cal event.
You can also click on this link to pre-register for the event. http://www.roadrunnersrc.com/?page_id=270 This is the only way to register and it is very easy to do. You can also see the list of racers that will be attending. This warm up race has the racer in mind, there will be no trophies, trophy girls or event shirts…..just racing, good times and a great program at a low club cost. 15.00/10.00 for non Roadrunner members and 10.00/5.00 for members.
So, I you want to see how you rank among the best in So Cal, or you want to practice for the main event, this is the race for you.
Race rules update:
By popular requests, we have decided to allow racers to run both classes at this warm up race. Since we are offering the winner of each class a paid entry to the RROC 2009. here is how this will work.
Each driver must state up front what class he would like to be in the contention for the prize, then sign up for a secondary class. We will run a total of (4) classes. 13.5 primary, 13.5 secondary, open mod. primary and open mod. secondary. Only the primary classes will be eligible for the prize. This will allow drivers to run both classes, but will not interfere with divers who entered in a “primary” class in contention for the prize.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or email me at [email protected]
Thanks
Steve
