For under $250 USD the Kyosho TF-5 looks to be a good purchase to me. 4wd plastic tub touring car chassis that looks like the TA05 imho but with the added advantage of a plastic upper deck. Comes with everything needed to get the car out on the track within minutes of opening the box.

I don't want to play RTR cause is not fun at all. I just wan to assemble everything and learn all the car spec then only I feel the enjoy there. That why I'm asking for any suggestion beside RTR. Yes there are some shop here and i had heard from thier advice, but I still need to know more things here and have a discussion with all kind of people here so that I can decide myself. Really thanks a lot guys.

Can anyone share with me how you guys play this game first? And at first what you guys buy and what model that you guys having first?

i started out with the TA05 (and spent about 6mths upgrading and tuning my setup)
pretty quickly learned that driving the car was the best thing to do if you want to learn it
IMHO nothing beats track time, whether your car is the bunkiest chassis or the latest racing machine
