I think the #389100 Power Pack comes with the 180 ESC and a 180 motor. Recently, Xray announced the 300 ESC and the 300 motor along with the 300 motor mount.

So, to answer your original question. The 180 ESC that comes with the power pack will not run a 300 motor.

Hey JDXray

Yes, micros_rock is right, I really do love the EITSRC chassis. I believe that it is the best chassis currently available for the M18.

Here is my latest body... Mazda 6 Check it out HERE

Yeah, I dont think the Novak xxl will work with Mars R, unless you mean the original Mars... Iono..If it does work, dude , I spent like 90 bucks for each reciever I bought for my Mars R !!

haha lol, seems like I'm the only one now still running a stock Xray chassis and everythin ![except for motor plate]

The Novak XXL works with my Mars Limited. Futaba and KO both work without issue.

Default Novak XXL

The Novak receiver works great with my Mars R radio and the original version Mars radio I had before it.

Through some e-mail conversation with a KO Propo rep I was informed that the high response rate of the Mars R is in the radio itself and the receiver doesn't effect the response rate.

The only compatibility issue I have discovered is that the Mars R does not like Hitec servos which is why I'm using a Futaba. The Futaba 3102 might be slower than the Hitec but it centers better and seems to be of overall better quality.

Bob
