Trevor,

I'm not Barry, but I remember Josh saying something about putting more droop in the left rear of the car until there was no torque steer.

What up Barry, this is Sean Maybell in washington....

I have a cool Barry story for you all....

I think it was 1989 and all of us Advanced racing tech. guys went to San Jose for onroad outdoor regionals....

Barry and I jumped in his 80s escort gt and caravaned with Lucas up there from San Diego....

the day before quals we stopped at Jack in the crack to get some drive through...we ordered and drove to the window....are aggitator 12 cars were sitting nicely at my feet on the pasenger side...Barry grabbed the giant drinks and handed them over to me...I set them on the dash and got ready for him to hand me the food....Barry grabbed the food and just kept them on his lap and without looking at what I was doing, he just took off!!!

so the drinks flew off the dash and landed at my feet on top of our cars..... so our cars were now under 8 inches of soda....

Barry went ballistic and we almost got in a wreck in the panic...
we went back to the room and had to take all of our electronics out of the cars and soak them in rubbing alcohol... Barry and I argued all night about whos fault it was....when it was all over our cars were fine and after one round of quals the race was rained out.....what a crazy couple days that was.....

I bet it has been a wile since you have thought about that weekend, right Barry....talk to ya later, Sean

Good to see you on here, dude! Do you think you might come to Rev for the Toys for Tots race? If so - see if you can get ahold of a 10L2 with a mod. . .that place screams mod pan car (and we will be on the docket. . .)

Barry any advice for setting up a tc3 with to27's for Fernando's track in Kennasaw? I know you ran nitro there back a couple of months. Any advice welcomed.

Thanks.

Scotty... I have an idea. you will be down there testing for 2 days just take a little time to try things out and not worry so much about Robert kickin your behind in stock 12th LOL

Don't ask Barry he's not that fast I beat him in mod 12th at Fernando's... sure he blames it on the car, but it was that heavy trigger finger of his LMAO heck barry was even talking trash trying to get me to mess up. Class? what class??

j/k Barry it was fun just wish you would have run 12th mod also though... maybe next year if you come back to Fandango's

Barry, what motor would you recomend for a large carpet track with mainly 180 and 90 degree corners, ive run a p2k2 that was fast, and a rev monster but couldnt get that much speed out of it. Ive not really met any of the rc greatest drivers. For the reedy race at halifax in the UK i went to the "warm up" at jubilee arena Bury, and no-one showed, saw Craig Drescher and Mike Reedy but that was about it!

JSJ- I ran at Fernando's a few months ago, and I bet Barry is going to tell you to run his Reedy Race setup. I'm sure you have it if you are a hardcore TC3 racer. If not it should be easy to find. Basically that track is high bite with only only rippled spot to worry about. Which basically means you'll probably be trying to loosen the rear of the car up to get it to rotate.
