You can get them shipped from CS-Electronics to USA.

I've got a CS dyno here, if you can wait a couple of hours I'll try and find my multimeter and figure out the pin assignments for you.

Okay, it didn't take as long as I thought, the meter was in the first place I looked... a first for me.

It looks like there are only three wires to deal with, I've labeled them A, B, and C in the diagram. There is also a wire soldered to outer shell of the PC end (the D9 plug) but As far as I can tell, it's not connected to any of the pinis at the dyno end or the shell for that matter...

In this diagram you're looking at the plugs from the OUTSIDE... I hope that makes sense...

Thanks Trip for helping me out...I did find the wiring diagram on line..it show how the DB-9 and RJ11 plug End goes together.....
Right now I'm getting the same message ( check NiCa or motor and repeat)
What do need to double check?

Ps bottom right corner I'm getting the purple and green dot going back and fore..which is working right?

Does your computer have an actual serial port, or are you using a USB-serial adapter? I've heard that some USB-serial adapters don't work with the CS dyno.

If you're using an actual serial port, make sure the port settings are correct and match what the dyno software is looking for...

Other than that I'm not sure what to suggest.
