Cookie - The name of the driver doesn't dictate how things go in a race. The racer does! I am looking forward to the next race.

Allright, lets get back to discussing what this thread is really about, "TEKIN".

I wasn't there but from the video, looked like a racing accident to me. 1/12th are on the edge all the time, if two cars touch going into a turn, the inside car will get turned toward the outside wall and take the outside car with it. Happens all the time.

Sure Mike could have backed off and tried to pass him later but by the same token, Mike had the inside line and andrew could have backed off, given him the corner and tried a crossover move (my favorite ).

It seems to me that both Andrew and Mike are "over it" as the incident happened two weeks ago. Why is it that everyone else is still beating the dead horse?

On to the next race guys! May the best (Driver, Equipment, Luck) win!

seems to me both had a great time. The inside car is to close but still behind so he should have backed off to not to hit the outside car as he (the outside car) has to first back off for the turn. When you get this close you can aspect it. It looks a repay action from the first touch. he could have waited and continue the battle if he wanted it to stay "clean". But he didn`t, now did he. So not a good pass.

I have a new b4.1 with an lrp 8.5 and I am getting a hotwire tommorow. What gearing, and setting would you use. I race at the ohio rc factory where they had the midwest champs.

Thanks for the help

having become a Tekin pimp (no other word for it really, when 95% of our boosted 13.5 class drivers all now have tekins), i bought/installed/set one up for a new racer at our club last night.

once again, a easy install, plug it in to my laptop flash it and set it up, the only probelm i had was the cap was missing out of the tekin box, no biggy, i had a spare so no problem.

but murphys law, i broke mine when i was cleaning it and cant find one online to repace it.

can anyone give me a link to where i buy a few ?

Click here for link to Amain or just call Tekin. They usually ship the same day.

That is the problem with RC. Every part that you got spares for, you never break. But the second you run out of spares (by lending parts to others and so on), you break the part yourself.

Hi there, I currently running a1:12 Yokomo R12 and looking for a new ESC.

I am quite interested in the Rs Pro and was wondering do I need a anything else apart from the USB hot wire and the RS Pro?

Thanks
