I say don't even waste your time on a $40 lipo. I've many people having a ton of problems with the cheap lipos. You'd be much better off spending that money on a good Nimh.

yeaaa i got 3 good orions so i guess il stay with that for now im concentrating on a new motor and my friends giving me a new radio .... i also wanted to kno about monting the motor i do not know how to do that

As for drifting, make sure all your adjustments are exactly the same on both sides. What I do with my TT-01 is take out the adjustment rods (they have 2 cup ends on either side, and an adjustable piece in the middle) and make sure they're the same length. If you don't have a setup board, this is the only way you can really make sure your car is symmetrical.

Try to get it so your wheels are standing vertically, and not tilting in at all if you are running ABS plastic for drifting. For rubber, some camber (tilting in a little bit) is good on certain tracks.

When your wheels point out, almost like they are turning but you are going straight, that is called toe. Some positive toe (when you look at it from the top, it looks like it is pointing out) is good for drifting. If you can adjust the rear toe, some negative toe (the wheels will be pointing in towards the chassis) then that is also good.

Only not so angled. But those are the directions I mean.

Your motor will be perfect for drifting. Just go get some ABS and cut it, or go on ebay and search for "So Flo" drift tires (a guy I know in Southern FL who does a good job on the tires) or the more popular, but not really as good "Sushi" drifts.

i recommend the swallow charger because it charges all batteries used for racing and they are very good priced about $100 and probly the best for the price. also are you looking to race competition? depending if on what classes they race at the local track i would start racing 540 which is silver can(most kits come with this motor) if tuned right they can be very quick almost as fast as a car racing stock.
