I think it's far from a fact.

There's just not going to be that much stagger at high speeds...and high speed is where you theorize that the one-way makes the big difference.

Like I said...whatever works for you, right?

I have a radar gun, but it doesn't have the resolution to get at what you say the difference is. For that matter, I've never seen one that does. How did you establish your speed increase figure?
