Default Best 12th Scale for Asphalt...

Hello Everyone,

What 12th Scale would you recommend for indoor asphalt racing? Gen-X, 12L5, DB12R? Any help would very much appreciated. Thank you!

DB12R would be my recommendation, It's very durable and easy to set-up and run... I race indoor asphalt and have had Associate rc12L, the Hara Hammer and the CRC and almost gave up on the 12 scale class until the
DB12R came out.... If you are new to 12 scale then the DB12R is the way to go. It can take a hard hit and not get tweaked....

I am a little biased, but the DB12r rocks on asphalt.

I just won the New Zealand National championships on Asphalt with a DB12R.
It was brilliant. You couldn't ask for a better car.

Several good chassis to choose from but I would go with the BMI DB12R, again!
Something else to think about, the service after the sale. With BMI service is most excellent.

Get the Gen X... the CRC link car has proven itself on asphalt. At the Worlds in Kissimmee, 2 CRC cars made the A-main.

Great customer service with an excellent car.

The Yokomo YRX-12 is an all out asphalt car for you to consider as well.

Typically t-bar cars generate more grip and have more steering on asphalt than link cars.

T-bar cars and the DB12R have similar traits as far has grip and steering.
