Lem,

I was testing on Concrete and yes, i was using Sorex 36r's with Yoke Med inserts. BTW..what track do you race in Manila? i am going there this summer. I go to the Yoke firm of HPI green when it gets cooler. Softer inserts work better in small tracks with a stiffer suspension and opposite in bigger tracks.

Yahoo!!!!!! if you are going here this summer!!! Do not forget to go to Boracay!!!!!

There are 4 tracks in the Metro Area
Pasig Track-Very tight but it is about to close, its open beside the tenis court so you could see sexy girls playing while you are there

Pearl- Its in a building parking space very car friendly, they will lay asphalt this week

Makati-its like an asphalt track built for Rally!!! hehehehe but I think they are trying to renovate it!! Its on top of a car park

Festival Mall-Its on a recreation center, covered and very new

Montalban-have not been there but they say its great to run there, built for nitro cars!

Give me a ring when you are here!!! and bring your car, there will be a Phil RC Stock Motor Shootout in April!!!! Roar Legal only!!

There are 2 references with HPI Spur Gear Hub ; HP 72417 and HP 72429. Are they different ? Which one to take ?

Ralf,

72429 is the partt you want - it's the new screw on spur adaptor - believe me, it's an excellent part, much better than the soft plastic.

Blazn - I think you've made your point.

In fact, the manner in which you've made it says a lot more than just the words you've used.

I for one am burning my pro3 and buying a Losi XXX-S, simply because you think it's better.

Now leave the thread alone and let those of us with the "uncompetitive" pro3 talk about set-ups.

After all, what have you got to worry about from an HPI driver?

Thankyou.

Thx

WC- I think you got that hook thing backwards No duh it was all smack talk. I'll admit I was fueling the flame and purposefully giving Blaze a big 'ol box to stand on- I knew the more he spoke the more everyone on RCT would see what blaze is all about. After all, forums are about exchange of information so If you don't have credibility you don't have sh**. I think letting Blaze ramble on blew any shred of credibility he had on RCtech outta the water
It's been fun.

Default Pro3 Haters

Thanks Guys for giving us more reason to stick with the car!!!

If the Pro3 really sucks, then let us find out by ourselves!

No matter if we spend a bundle buying this and that, its our call and when we do realize its not worth sticking with the car!!!

We will think of you somemore and even Hail you!!!

Pro3 is an entry level car, more like a beginner car! Its better than starting with a yoke which always break (arms), its just so brittle!!!

But let us hone our skills with this car!

and when we realize its not worth it-- be there to help us with our new set up!!!!

FUN FUN FUN is the name of the game!!!!

This hobby is supposed to bring cammaraderie!!!!

Peace!!!!!
