These are great RC motorised scale models...

If you seriously want a semi, first double check your budget.
Your shopping won't stop at just the primemover kit, you'll also want...
- 4ch radio, 2 servos + ESC
- one of the Tamiya trailers to go with it (not cheap)
- full bearings
- accessories...!
-- animal bar
-- alloy wheels (how many??)
-- light kit
-- sound kit
-- shockers
-- motorised legs for trailer

Also bear in mind that the primemover has limited room in the
cab for all the light & sound goodies, you may not be able to
install *both* together. In this respect, one of the rigid trucks
eg Merc 1838 with the pantech body will give more cargo room.

However the rigid trucks are single rear axle, the primemovers
are bogie drive (2 axle) at the back.
