I have no idea what that car is.
Well I am assuming you have a sway bar kit. Probably have some shocks already. Maybe get yourself a motor cooler the fin type. Well that is if you don't have it already. I can't think of anymore hop-ups for the m03 off hand. I am also not sure about the motor cooler. A few friends run them & recommened them is my motor gets warm. Mine does so I am think about trying it out. Tires & rims have some extra. Faster steering servo unless you have a fast one already. There not needed a basic servo works fine. This would be some what of a hop-up.

Good set up for me is blue springs Front and yellow springs rear, medium tamiya oil, swaybar front only. type a tires all around. ride height is critical, go as low as you can so you wont tip over on high speed corners. I know it sounds wierd that you have to put hard springs in a front wheel drive but this car just traction rolls a lot and you need to lessen it.

I won't run anything but tamiya tires & rims for my mini. I try to keep it tcs legal all the time. You would probably have to ask someone who has a m03l already. Get the part number off the manual & order them from your lhs. You could always go to the lhs and ask them. Blue & yellow are way too soft for my track. I use the darker colored springs they are alot stiffer. Surely keep your mini as low as you can go with it. Keep the rear just a little bit higher than the front. I got a 5mm spacer in the front shocks & gonna try 6 or 7. I got a 5mm in the rear I am gonna try a 6mm spacer. The higher the shock oil the less bounce you will have. I have 90 front 70 rear, I might try 100 front 80 rear. I have the one hole/#1 piston in my all my shocks. I have m-type in the front & s-type in the rear.
