Tamiya mini cooper
If its a shorty pack, id be running it offset to the right for balance and extend the wires to the rhs. Also noticed the front shock tower on upside down. interesting. What shocks are they? They seem mighty short!
I off-set my shorty as well, in fact a guy at the track wanted to show me how to get rid of tweek on a chassis and grabbed my mini as a joke thinking it would be the worse of my cars and the car was spot on.
I was just wondering. He's free to do whatever he wants with this cars.
As for tweak, I too offset the battery a little bit towards the right, but most of the adjustment is done via my rear damper height.
what a lot of people forget/look-over is that 'LiPos' inherently by construction already have a weight bias/offset unlike NiCd and NiMh. Put any LiPo on the table, draw a line across the middle, 'pick up' that LiPo on the line to check its natural balance. Bullet Plug Terminal side will be light. Its actually difficult to balance a chassis left-to-right with a shorty in my experience..
I think this layout is superb, without knowing the details... bravo!!

I have them, I speak from experience. The CVA's are cheepo's, but they work. The bore size on the pistons are a better match than the 54000's tiny hole crappy pistons.
My shocks use the black cheepo pistons.
