I know of know battery sellers, including us, that can actually test the batteries at a high enough discharge rate to check C ratings. I have seen the equipment that our suppliers use and the test results of our competitor's pack and am 100% confident in our claims.

But I still want to find out how "high" is the discharge rate. 100A, 120A or 140A. Would you be so kind to provide us the data of the discharge capacity. 3200mAh, 3300mAh or 3600mAh. I think this is the way to claim a ture C rate to the consumers. Thanks Rick.

Has anyone ran the new 35C lipo? They look good. I've been using some of the trakpower 25c 4900s for a while and the 3600 orions. Just curious on opinions and performance.

Well the Associated Newsletter / Official Release is out.....and I'm more than a little disappointed to see that it doesn't come with 4mm socket connectors, instead of the wires the existing soft case saddle pack has.

Oh well, I'll have to stick to my Trakpower saddles.

Have the 35C 5000 packs been submitted for ROAR approval? If so, how soon will we know? Am planning on buying but since it's fairly new technology I want to make sure that I can actually use them next year.

Website says that it is ROAR approved...

I see the drop date as 12/11, hope that is true!

This lipo is roar approved .... Keven Hebert ran it in his car to win the 13.5 foam tire class at the Indoor Champs a few weekends ago.

If it was not approved he wouldnt not have been able to run it .

I have a Hyperion Charger and my question is abotu balancing the Reedy LiPo 5000mAh 7.4V 35C #709

The Balancing connector on the charger has 2S-4S, is this like other 7.4V Lipos and is a 2S?

I read the questions about the C rating and it is just a created rating like companies did in the Nimh days. Is it actually a 30C with inflated numbers. I guess I will find out tonight, I am getting my #709 from LHS tonight. Anyway it will be a good upgrade from Nimh's
