I'm not a sponsored driver...I speak from a customer point of view.
a few on here appear to be partial sponsored drivers, those points of views are biased.
Stay away from LRP TC...comp... U.S. LRP customer service is the worst in the RC industry.
Still no return call or email from them....looks like I'm out of money again.

I do believe if you take a look thru the all the LRP post then compare to the Novak post...
you will find more complaints for the LRP

I'm not bashing...I'm telling my experience(s)..the third one by the way.
I've tried already...calling already...no response...they signed for the package...I put a tracking number on it...mailed it priority mail.
As a customer I shouldn't have to call them to process a defective item.
If you love them so much ..can you call them for me...
and have them send me a replacement. TC spec...
I got 3 battery packs from this one.

Sent a ESC to Ae just last spring ..
They returned to me a brand new up-dated unit !
All done in about 2 weeks ....
Is this bad service ?
I don`t think so....
But I`m being Bias as all hell !
Cus I`m a happy Lrp customer after all...

it's been over two weeks for me so far with this unit.

If its really only been 2 weeks sent you sent it to Ae.
Thats not very long is it ?
Sometimes there could be a delay , as they may be out of stock right this moment and are awaiting another shipment from Lrp ....
My experience ...
If you call them, they will tell you how long before you could expect a return....
Find out if this is the case , but 2 weeks and your disappointed ?

Lrp told me that it would take at least 2 weeks or more to REPLACE my burned up Sphere. I needed it this weekend.
I loved the LRP's feel but I am into service when needed.

well when burn up as much lrp stuff has cherry you get put on the perferred customer service list. it also helps that he races at track that a AE factory driver owns and runs nothing but AE stuff. i have seen lrps burn up on the first battery, i blew one up when a battery bar came loose and sent a 'spike" thru it, i waited 6 months or more to send it in, cost 50 bucks to repair and came back with a heat sink, i was happy they even accepted it it was way past the warranty date, and it was my fault, all that said, i have lrp tc spec now and love it. no issues. i had GTB's and have no issues. to me its a toss up.
