I'm sure you can. But after I put the 1.1 gears in I never broke another one.

Does anybody use a spool up front? Just wondering how you liked it compared to a one-way or a diff? In what way does it change the handling? Thanks.

alot more on-power steering and capability to use your breaks again. but you sacrifice corner speed. I still prefer the one-way. the car already has tons of steering.

Don't you wear out tires a lot faster too with the spool?

yes..and it's also harder on the drive train, broken gears, bent CVD bones etc.. the aluminum alos spool wears out quickly.

putting TC3 gears in the Pro4 will result in poor top and corner speed...

Is this due to the gear pitches being different, if so i would think u could just gear the car higher.

no i think the pitches are the same, and if they were different they wouldn't mesh.
