Talking This car looks strong as....

I got my Pro 4 kit today and it looks to be really strong. Has anyone had any problems with broken arms or hub carriers yet? I will post pics of the car as it's being built if anyone is interested.

those inputs shafts would be a great option to get..the stock steel ones are heavy.

Tobee Craft is releasing the aluminum input and drive shafts, drive cups, and aluminum servo mounts...
rc-zombies,

R10 has the Square input shafts in stock.

i think they have the ceramic diff balls as well. not sure, have to check.

same here, i've also ordered plenty of bevel gears. better get the pot of hot water going.

Those option parts looks good... however, I think some of them is only good for eye candy . I might try to get the titanium input shaft, drive cups and the graphite main shaft... probably those thing will have impact on performance..... but my main priority is to replace the plastic shock spacers (73510-4) to something made of delrin or probably made out of teflon... I dunno where to get those and who made it... I found one made for Yok but it's alloy... Any idea...

If there is a carbon shaft coming from HPI, that would probably be the first option i would get... a lighweight drivetrain works wonders IMO... though some would vote against carbon because of its tendency to brake and not bend... i prefer the carbon over aluminum..

This kit looks better and better everytime i look at this page...

Good job HPI (Eric Shauver)

People have been pre-ordering the Pro4 for MONTHS and now that it is out the shops are fillign the backorders....

Were you one of those guys that didn't pre-order the Playstation 2 then was pissed when release day came and none of the stores had one to sell to you?

The HPI guys have said that they're working on a couple bugs for the release of the US kit...the release shouldn't be too far off....then again..I hope you have one pre-ordered here, or else you'll run into the same problem all over again
