Hpi Pro 4

I'm thinking of getting a Pro 4.
What are the pros and cons of this car. Is it durable? Is it better than a TC4?

Hi guys,
just asking for future references that how long will you all think the Pro 4 is going to be famous and competitive?
Cheers ,

I'd say a few years yet.

The pistons are like this

#2 - 1.2mm
#3 - 1.1mm
#4 - 1.0mm
#5 - .8 mm (3 hole)

Erik Shauver or if anyone knows for sure...
Can you explain the relationship of "Inboard Toe" settings and the regular "Front Toe"?
examples...
what if i run 1deg Inboard and 0deg Front toe?
or any other combo.
thanks.
i understand the higher the Inboard Toe setting the more aggressive the car handles but how does that work in relation to the actual Front Toe of the wheels?

Nexus: Like any suspension adjustment, almost everything effects everything else, so the adjustment of the inboard toe will have a very slight effect on the outboard toe setting. However, in this case, you set the two different adjustments independently. Use the inboard toe to adjust mid-corner steering response and use the outboard toe to adjust either straight line stability (toe in) or initial turn in (toe out). Also, any time you make a pivot block change, you will need to recheck your static outboard toe. Hopefully, this is what you were looking for.

are the delrin diff halves a little thicker? seems like i had to remove some shims when i switched them over last night...
one thing i like about this car... it has maybe the free-est driveline. with the bearings sprayed out, and gears shimmed- spins fo-ev-a!
anyone have the part # for the lite driveshaft? i am trying to get the lightest rotating mass i can.

Looked like new chassis and ball cups. They say HPI molded on in the side.

The chassis looks like fiberglass..........
Might be to get even more flex, over the 2mm/2mm carbon chassis combo!
