I've also have a question about those pics:
what is the function of the plastic thing around the motor wire (called on yok's website Noise reductor I think...) is it just against glitching and interference?

Wow Hara's hpi pro 4 looks so nice. I think they should take there time and just keep doing what they are doing. pro 4 looks good on the track also.

Molded gear boxes? Why couldn't they come up with an aluminum solution like in the rc lab and R2?
