Seems to be written on the Futaba CDR 5000 that it only discharges at 10A (On the left of the LCD). But maybe this is for 36 cells tough. Any links?!

I sent Pro-Trak and email yesterday to see what the total cost of the latest chrger would be, shipping and handling to the US. I haven't heard back from them.

Anyone in the US has this charger, if so how much did you pay for it, if you don't mind posting it.

Thanks

The ProTrak prices are on the website, right hand side of the page.

The Futaba looks nice, looks like they've seen a ProTrak and decided to make there own 10amp discharge seems an odd choice, looking at the other features I'm guessing it will cost close to double the ProTrak if it ever reaches the UK Shame it looks like the seperate cell leads don't look detachable, would get kind of annoying with them flailing about all the time. Big display is nice, less scrolling to do, but it will still be next to useless for viewing graphs.

Thanks
On a web site, it is 183 British Pounds for a charger, 24 for a tempreture detect module and shipping to U.S. 25
TTL 232 British Pounds = around $375.00 US
Wow Is this right?

That sounds like a decent price. Can anyone point me to a review?? How does it handle GP3300's?

haven't managed to find an online review, there was one in a UK magazine about 6 months ago, they don't seem to get reviewed much because it's a small company so they don't give them away for review, the mag did a review of one they had bought for personal use, infact they said most the writers had one I think Plus there are normally very few in a batch that aren't already spoken for

as for handling 3300GP's...... just about anyway you want

The Pro-trak will give you as much info on each cell as the turbo matcher. Ave Volts, peak volts, run-time etc. The only drawback I can see is that the industry standard now seems to be 30A. The Pro-track will calculate 30A numbers from the 20A cycle process.

For the Futaba, the discharge claimed is up to 40A. Charging is up to 10A.
