You can try kcinc.com, though I don't guarantee satisfaction.

How does one go about cutting carbon graphite sheets? Would be fun to make a custom chassis.

First thing - make sure you have a good quality resperator mask - carbon dust is very dangerous. It stays in your lungs forever causing a list of medical problems.

There are a couple ways of cutting it - using a dremel with a cutting bit, a hack-saw or band-saw (if you have access to one). Best case, find a shop that will work with you using a CNC machine. May be a little more $$$ - but at the end of the day you will have a better chassis.

Creating a chassis requires that you are pretty exact to make sure you don't make a car with "tweak" built in. Take your time and you can develop something different.

Thanks, the dust thing is good info. Should have a good mask plus a good dust extraction system...or else the dust will get in other people's lungs!

get on ebay home page, scroll down to toys & hobbies, click, type in carbon fiber sheet, you'll come up with a plethora of items to choose from. I bought a 3mm sheet a year ago from a guy in Canada and it was good quality, and reasonably priced.. happy hunting
