Team Much More tires
So, i'm curious to know what other peoples experience are with these tires.
I have tried two sets of them over the last two weeks and had the following experience:
The tires were Great for 2 runs, then they went downhill. To the point that they are one night tires IMO. I ran the tires brand new in the first qualifier, and they were fantastic, then had some issues and didn't finish the other two quals, then in the main with probably 12 minutes track time on the tires they were crap. (six minute heats and mains in 19t on high grip Asphalt)
I am using the sauce technique of cleaning with Buggy Grip, the applying Tire Tweak after wiping them clean.

That's odd, I tried the 28 with yellow insert on ride wheels and they lasted 5 runs without any issues on lap times with some wear on them. Another 5 runs wear was obvious and lap times increased.
Overall satisfied, tood bad they don't have temp markings so we could use them on our championship

I know Josh Numan ran a set for 2 race days and practice.. High bite asphalt. I like the much more tires for out door.

the tires worked great outdoor at Tamiya, med bite tracks about 90deg.

Yeah, these were the pre-mounted tires.
You know, I didn't check to see if they had holes in the wheels.
I did say they worked really really good the first couple runs, then went to crap right?

Good idea.
I'll give them another shot. Infact I plan on using them pretty much exclusively from now on. I just don't want to have to buy a set every race day. But I will if I have to. Cause they are the shiznit

I tried the Paragon. I thought it sucked.
Tweak was way better.
5 runs make them a one night tire. Was hoping for more life out of them than that.

one thing i know for sure people are doing is when using the tire sander when you go to sand the bead off the center of the tire if you only do that the tire will not last as long and will be harder to make it work. this is directly from anthony too. instead sand the whole footprint of the tire and it will last longer and maybe hookup easier.
if you keep having problems just ask him.

Uh, since when is Anthony the master of all knowledge?
I was running TC before he even had the idea.
