As an old guy (hence the name) sometimes one statement or act can off set many other good things....such as winning races in the past. I was not at the race, nor do I ever go to big races, all I remember is the pictures of the "Prank" and how terrible it must have been for a guy that had just won a big race. The next time I see your name it is on another thread last night and then again today, both time bashing people about the same thing.

By the way, I was arouund in the 60's and 70's so I pretty much understand your favorite subject...get over it...I did.

That "prank" was one of about 30 that go on at every major race around the country.... Like PW said, that is probably one of the funnest aspects of traveling to the big events. No harm, no foul.

As for Peter, he was so scarred by the event that he stopped racing and went back to school to pursue his degree in journalism...

Wish someone would have dunked me with "gunk" 10 years ago!

The car is obviously starting to become the hype of 2007, and it is definitely the most innovative we've all seen in the past few years -I'm anxiously awaiting the results under competition.

I think the only stop the Schumacher car hasn't pulled out is to have all the carbon fiber preped out of the box (ie. beveled battery slots, rounded edges, maybe even sealed etc). Would it cost a significant amount of $$$ to do this. Also from all the potential buyers wondering if this is something we'd all like to see and be willing to pay a few more bucks for? Don't see any car companies doing this yet...
