Futaba HRS with VFS2000...

My VFS went up in flames yesterday, flames as in fire....sigh...I am using the Futaba HRS receiver with the VFS with a Futaba S9451 Servo, do you think that there is a combination problem? Please help if possible...Does any experence with that...My car just suddenly full throttle...

Did you have a look a the case..??? did it melt around the bottom on the side were the wires go in.. They seem to melt the plastic case at the bottom...

That sounds crazy. The only flames coming from my car so far have been painted on. I would doubt the reciever and ESC combo would prove to be a problem. The KO Mars R is high response as well and I would be KO has done extensive testing on that with the VFS.

Should be no problems with that combination. I had a similar one with the 9550 on.

Were you running it previously?

I have similar configuration! Futaba 3PK with HRS receiver and KO VFS 2000 with KO PDS 2123 servo! I have no problem at all....
Did you use a fresh and clean motor??

I did, its a brandnew 11T motor only....

Hmmn! strange..... VFS 2000 is also very popular in my country... I My friend has melted twice.... for the last 6 months.

I think there is nothing wrong with the combination... It could be a failure on the VFS 2000....
