I will call you Wed morning to see what s going on. I switched cars because parts for my Pro4 have been a pain in the ass to get. The chassis setup you made for it has been awesome.

Hi Guys,

We are back from the Reedy Touring Car Race of Champions and I want to congratulate all the guys running the barracuda this weekend, especially to Mike Rydwell (MikeR on R/C Tech) who finished 7th in the 19t A main this year. And also to Ling Kang Tong (Linger on R/C Tech) who put in a solid run in the B main. Out of 100 drivers from all over the country it is a great achievement to be in the top 10 and top 20.

I will have both of these guy's setup posted on www.alexracingusa.com in the next couple of days

Looks good wyd !! Are you planning on using strapping tape for the batts ? I ended up using yokomo's battery strap and posts for my Xenon R2. Whereabouts in PA are you ?

id get rid of the clear tranny boxes and purchase some aluminum bearings holders for the driveshaft....unless you wanna hear grinding with high torque motors coming out of the corners

wyd,

Car looks good! But I think you have to take off the tranny case because the chassis was designed to work without the tranny case (along with the short steering post) because the motor mount will be 1mm lower than the rest of the mounting points to the upperdeck if you're using the plastic casing and the regular height steering posts. Check it from a side view and see if the upperdeck is bending down at a small angle right now at the motor mount.
